The NHTSA has issued 3 recalls affecting the fuel pump for the 2015 Lexus LS 460, all related to potential fuel pump failure that can cause engine stall while driving. Component affected: fuel pump; consequence: possible engine stall and increased crash risk; remedy: manufacturer replacement when available. These recalls were reported by Toyota/Lexus and posted to NHTSA records; Nalley Lexus Roswell can verify your VIN and perform the free repair.

Can I get my 2015 Lexus LS 460 recall fixed at an independent shop or do I need a dealer?
Manufacturer recall repairs must be performed by an authorized franchise dealer to ensure OEM parts and warranty compliance, and Nalley Lexus Roswell is the certified Lexus option in Roswell, GA. Independent shops cannot always access manufacturer-level parts, technical bulletins, or warranty credits for recall campaigns; a franchise dealer protects safety and future coverage. To ensure the recall is documented with the manufacturer and the NHTSA, schedule service with our certified team for your free recall repair.
How long does a 2015 Lexus LS 460 recall repair take?
Repair time varies, but fuel pump recall remedies typically require a few hours to a full day depending on parts availability and appointment queue. Because the NHTSA lists three related fuel pump recalls, timing can depend on whether the final remedy is currently available; our service advisors will provide an estimated turnaround when you schedule appointment. Nalley Lexus Roswell uses OEM diagnostic tools and factory-trained technicians to complete work efficiently and safely; ask about loaner vehicles or shuttle options when you book.
Does an open recall affect my 2015 Lexus LS 460's trade-in or resale value?
Yes — unresolved recalls can reduce trade-in and resale value because many buyers and dealers check NHTSA records before purchase. Having recall repairs completed at Nalley Lexus Roswell documents the remedy with the manufacturer and protects your vehicle’s value for trade or private sale. If you are considering a sale, visit our trade appraisal page at sell your car online after we confirm and complete any open recalls to maximize value.
Can I fail a state inspection because of an unresolved 2015 Lexus LS 460 recall?
An open safety-related recall may affect inspection or registration in some jurisdictions if the recall impacts emissions or safety equipment; check local rules in Georgia. The NHTSA recall for the fuel pump can create a safety hazard (engine stall) and addressing it promptly avoids possible inspection or insurance complications. Bring your vehicle to Nalley Lexus Roswell for a free recall check and remedy; we document completion so you can meet local inspection and registration requirements.
