What are the known NHTSA recalls for a 2019 Lexus LS 500?
The NHTSA has issued 12 recalls affecting the 2019 Lexus LS 500 covering tires, fuel pumps, brake booster pumps, and the fuel tank. Affected components include run-flat tire sidewall reinforcement (tire tread separation), multiple fuel pump assemblies (possible engine stall), brake booster pump failures (loss of stability control and braking assist), and fuel tank/fuel pump related issues. Nalley Lexus Roswell recommends owners confirm their vehicle's status and schedule service immediately if notified; recall repairs are free at an authorized dealer.
How do I check if my 2019 Lexus LS 500 has an open recall?
You can check recalls by entering your VIN at NHTSA.gov or by contacting Lexus customer service at 1-800-255-3987. Nalley Lexus Roswell will also check your VIN free of charge during a visit — schedule service and our factory-trained technicians will confirm any open recalls and explain next steps. We use OEM diagnostic tools and factory data to validate recall eligibility before performing repairs.
How much does a 2019 Lexus LS 500 recall repair cost?

Nalley Lexus Roswell uses OEM parts and factory-trained technicians at no cost to you for confirmed recall repairs; if any unrelated work is suggested we will provide an estimate in advance. We also offer service financing so you can get approved service now and pay later if you choose additional non-recall work.
Can I get my 2019 Lexus LS 500 recall fixed at an independent shop or do I need a dealer?
Recall repairs must be completed by an authorized dealer to ensure OEM parts, warranty compliance, and proper manufacturer documentation. Nalley Lexus Roswell is a factory-authorized Lexus dealer with certified technicians and access to Lexus recall parts and technical service bulletins — this preserves safety compliance and resale value. If you have questions about dealer-only requirements or documentation for insurance, our service advisors can explain why manufacturer-authorized repairs are recommended.
How long does a 2019 Lexus LS 500 recall repair take?
Repair times vary by recall: tire replacements can be completed same-day, while some fuel pump remedies required staged parts availability and may take longer. Typically Nalley Lexus Roswell completes most recall repairs within a few hours to a few days depending on part availability; we will provide a timeline when you schedule service. We offer service specials (service specials) and loaner options where available to minimize disruption.
Does an open recall affect my 2019 Lexus LS 500's trade-in or resale value?
An unresolved recall can negatively affect trade-in offers and private-sale confidence because many buyers and dealers check NHTSA records. Having recalls completed at Nalley Lexus Roswell protects resale value and streamlines trade-in processing — you can also obtain a recall completion record to show buyers. Can I fail a state inspection because of an unresolved 2019 Lexus LS 500 recall?
Some states or inspection programs may fail a vehicle if a recall affects required safety systems; unresolved recalls that impact braking or stability could create inspection issues.
